The Elizabethtown Tourism and Convention Bureau boast of being one of Kentucky's most convenient locations on I-65 at exit 94. A modern facility built in 1997; the bureau is within walking distance of a selection of hotels and restaurants. The facility contains over 4000 square feet of meeting space, a spacious lobby with a window-wall facing the south and a gift shop for browsing and relaxing during breaks. This location offers a total of four meeting rooms.

The Heartland Room measures 46'x 44' with a seating capacity of 120 in a classroom setting, 134 banquet, and 150 theater. This room offers adjustable lighting for audiovisual presentations or a relaxed banquet atmosphere. An adjoining spacious patio is perfect for breaks. The Heritage Hall measures 55' x 30' with a seating capacity of 81 in a classroom setting, 100 banquet, and 150 theater. This room offers separate restroom facilities for your guest's convenience. The Audio Visual Room measures 20'x 24'10" with a seating capacity of 18 in a classroom setting, 24 banquet and 30 theater. This room is equipped with a 28" television. The Board Room offers a distinctively executive atmosphere with a maximum capacity of 10 people. With its large conference table and swivel chairs, this room is perfect for small private meetings. A built-in dry erase board and speakerphone are also available for use.

A telephone/modem access line, DSL and wireless internet are available in all of our rooms.

A caterer's kitchen is provided for your convenience. It is neat, clean, and functional with a microwave, refrigerator, icemaker, sink, ample counter space, and a work island to serve your caterer's needs.

Vending machines are available in the public areas or the staff can provide coffee and soda service.

The Elizabethtown Tourism and Convention Bureau also provides the following equipment at no charge: Portable TV/VCR/DVDs, overhead projector, slide projector, flip chart stands, dry erase boards and a microphone with amplifier.
