Liquor Laws
Minimum drinking age is 21. Alcoholic beverages may be sold by the drink in licensed restaurants that seat at least 100. Restaurants may serve alcohol seven days a week.

Smoking is not allowed inside public buildings, including restaurants within the city of Elizabethtown.
