Big things are happening at Etown Tourism! I am so excited to formally introduce my friend, Betty (great names run in Elizabethtown), and share her adventures in Tourism’s new children’s book, “Betty Visits The David May House”!

Why a Children’s Book?
When Etown Tourism moved into the David May House, Director of Marketing and book author, Krysta Souleyrette, wanted to tell the story of the home’s namesake, David May, in a way that Etown’s littlest visitors could understand.
This book is totally free and accessible for anyone who wants a copy for themselves! The book has made it to homes, classrooms and even states outside of our lovely Commonwealth.

How do I get my Copy?
If you are itching to get your hands on your own Betty book (as you should be), you’re in luck! “Betty Visits The David May House” is available at Elizabethtown Tourism, located at 201 N. Main Street in Downtown Elizabethtown. The books are totally free, and I heard that you may be able to get your copy signed by the author! Not from Kentucky? No problem! Just reach out to Elizabethtown Tourism and get your copy shipped to your door.

I love Betty, and I hope you do too! Stop by the David May House to grab your copy and share your adventures with Betty with us at #touretown.
