Would you like to know more about the spirits industry in Kentucky? We have the perfect course for you! McKendree University & Boundary Oak Distillery are teaming up for a 1 credit hour college course - BUS 384 Culture, Heritage & Business of Crafting Kentucky's Native Spirits.

This course is an examination of the culture, heritage, and business of crafting Kentucky’s native spirits. Topics covered will include blue laws and prohibition, supply & demand, marketing & brand identity, sales, and financial aspects. On-site lab sessions at Boundary Oak Distillery will include equipment and process overviews.

The cost of the course is $490 and will include: the cost of tuition for 1 credit hour, lab fees, a tour to a major distillery, and refreshments. The dates for the course are September 14th, 15th & 16th. A detailed flyer is attached with a description of the course & schedule.
