Come in comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one. This class is suitable for students at ANY level of ability or physicality . . . no previous experience necessary.
Folks with walkers, canes, etc., are welcome and will benefit. Broken hip? No problem. Arthritis? No problem. A brief screening will be done before each class to ensure that safety is paramount.
Drop-ins are welcome. Thursdays October 6th, 20th, 27th.
