Come in comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one. This class is suitable for students at ANY level of ability or physicality, no previous experience necessary.
Individuals with walkers, canes, etc., are welcome and will benefit.
A brief screening will be done before each class to ensure that safety is paramount. Drop-ins welcome. Tuesday, May 2 & 9, 9:00-10:15 a.m. and Thursday in May, 10-11:30am.
