Breaking the Barbell Barrier: Squatting with a Barbell
This workshop is coached by certified Personal Trainers.
It teaches the safe techniques of barbell squatting.
Participants will be taken through:
- Squat Form
- Gradually-increasing weight, leading up to the barbell
This workshop is free & open to the public.
Non-members need to provide a valid photo ID.
Registration begins at 8:30 AM.
