Cruisin’ the Heartland is the fastest growing auto event around.  Please make plans to join us for Cruisin’ the Heartland in Downtown Elizabethtown on July 27 and 28, 2018, our 9th year, brought to you by the Swope Family of Dealerships, Elizabethtown Tourism & Convention Bureau and The City of Elizabethtown.

This event was recognized as one of the top cruise-ins in the nation by Chevy Classics Magazine and the Best Car Show Cruise-In in Kentucky, by Kentucky Living Magazine.

Friday, July 27

2:00 p.m.:
Car Show registration and parking begins at Freeman Lake Park, $15 registration fee (dash plaques to first 150 participants), Free to enter event

5:00 p.m.:
Car Cruise Downtown Elizabethtown

6:00 p.m.:
Swope Presents Bar Nuns in concert at Freeman Lake Park; Car Show, $15 to enter your car

8:00 p.m.:
Car Show Awards presented (Dash Plaques to first 150 participants)

8:30 p.m.:
Cruise out of Freeman Lake Park to downtown

Saturday, July 28

9:00 a.m.:
Gates Open

11:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.:
Event opens; Vendors, Cecilian Bank Swap Meet, State Theater Beer Tent, Hourly Givewaways

1:00 p.m.:
Downtown Classic Cars of Radcliff Kid's Pedal Car Parade, bring your own pedal car, Register at Trailer by 12:30 pm 

2:00 p.m.:
Marilyn Monroe Contest, register by 1:00 pm at State Theater

4:00 p.m.:
Sullivan Auto Group Presents Sail On, Tribute to Beach Boys

5:00 p.m.:
Ticket Drawing for 20 ft. enclosed car haul trailer OR $2,500 cash donated by Ray’s Trailer Sales of E-town. Must be present to win; must have participating vehicle for Cruisin' AND must register on-site at registration trailer, free to enter; Sullivan Auto Group giveaways of off-road vehicles (must register at Sullivan Auto Booth).

5:30 p.m.:
Concert Continues 

8:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.:
Streets open for cruising! Stick around town for night life fun downtown!
