ADVERTISEMENT FOR TURF CONVERSION AT ELIZABETHTOWN SPORTS PARK
Notice is hereby given that the City of Elizabethtown will receive sealed bids for the conversion of infield turf at the Elizabethtown Sports Park. Information can be obtained at www.toureown.com/articles. Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Elizabethtown Tourism and Convention Bureau, 1030 North Mulberry Street, Elizabethtown, Kentucky 42701 until 10:00 AM local time on Thursday, August 29, 2019 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Preference shall be given to Kentucky resident bidders and non-resident bidders from states which do not require preference to resident bidders. The successful bidder/bidders shall provide proof of insurance and licenses as specified.
The City of Elizabethtown reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept a proposal as a whole or for any part, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received.
An addendum has been added to the bid packet on August 23, 2019.
