It's Cruisin' Time! 

Cruisin’ The Heartland is an Etown classic and today, I am giving you a guide to all the fun, because who wants to miss the best cruise-in in Kentucky & one of the top in the country?

July 24

Thursday, July 24, is the official kick-off to Cruisin’ weekend! Start the weekend off right with a special showing of Smokey and the Bandit at the Historic State Theater. Bring your classic car and catch a one-of-a-kind feature of this crowd favorite. Tickets are $5 and include your admission to the film, a drink and a small popcorn. The movie starts at 7 and doors open at 6. Grab your tickets here!

July 25

Friday, July 25, brings the Cruisin’ The Heartland Car Show! This competition has cars of all shapes, makes, models and sizes. Stop by Freeman Lake from 2pm until 6pm to see the car show or register your own vehicle for $15 until July 24! There will be trophies and cash prizes for the winners. After the show, enjoy a free concert by the Checkmates with giveaways, food trucks and fun!

July 26

Saturday, July 26, is the big event! Starting at 8am, head to Downtown Elizabethtown for a day full of Cruisin’ The Heartland fun. There will be cars lining the streets from the classics to more modern makes and models, a car lover's dream! This day is full of activity from breakfast at the State, giveaways, swap meets, exhibits and more - you'll end the day already counting down to the next one.
